Our pride and joy is the results we see in our teammates!
I have been extremely happy with PRSFit; I trained with Carmichael Training and Training Goals in the past, both highly reputable, but never felt satisfied or ‘liked’ it the way I have liked having a PRSFit plan with the social media elements. You all run a great program!

I saw my ortho last Friday. He was not concerned about the pain/swelling I have been having, said it was normal with return to more impact activities. Said I should get in the pool when this happens and return running when no pain. He also reminded me it takes 9 to 12 months to recover from the surgery I had and it has been only 6 months. He complemented you two on rehabing me—said I have made amazing recovery with your help. Apparently many people have long term issues without proper rehab. I thank you very much!!!! So excited about future plan!!!

“Coach Jeff, Coach Diane and the rest of their team would be my only recommendation for coaching, no matter what you are training for. The service they provide is second to none. They are all extremely approachable, and willing to go above and beyond for you. All of this translates into a great personal training and coaching service.”

Jeff and Diane have been my running coaches for over a year. They have an incredible wealth of knowledge regarding endurance sports. They are true experts and are able to significantly help all of their athletes improve. They helped me achieve one of my life goals of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. I couldn’t have done it without them.
In addition to their expertise, they are amazingly available to all of their athletes. They will drop everything to talk to you. I honestly believe Jeff and Diane are two of the best endurance athlete coaches in the country.”

I am a 39 year old man from Georgia. I returned from a cruise on
October 31, 2010. On the cruise, I had decided that I was a large
man. I was six feet tall and weighed 240 pounds. After some
consideration on the best way to lose the weight, I decided to start
running. On November 1 of the same year, I ran/walked my first mile
at a miserable 16 minute pace. I entered a few races, mostly 5K and
10K and seemed to like the race atmosphere and enjoyed the camaraderie
of the runners. I entered my first half marathon race in February of
2011 and completed it in 2:29. I didn’t think it was bad for my first
one.
I registered for my second half marathon which was exactly two months
after my first one. It was in the mountains of Tennessee. For a
month after my first, I trained on my own. I had hit a wall. I could
not improve. In fact, now that I have a little more knowledge, I
believe that I overtrained and my performance suffered. I had heard
about PRS Fit on the Geeks in Running Shoes podcast. I called Coach
Jeff and he developed a plan for me.
One month of heart rate training under Coach Jeff drove me crazy. All
this “zone 2 crap” I would think as I moved at a snail’s pace around
the streets of Georgia. By the time the race in Tennessee had come, I
had lost faith in my coach, in my training, and in my ability to run.
I decided I would do my best at the race. I was so discouraged that I
didn’t really keep up with my running data on my Garmin. I just ran.
After I finished the race, I downloaded the data. I HAD CUT 21
MINUTES OFF MY PREVIOUS TIME!! I was amazed!
I have continued to train with PRS Fit. I have registered for my
first full marathon in Savannah Georgia a year and four days after I
ran my first training run. The coaches at PRS Fit think that a 4 hour
completion is very reasonable. I’m very excited about the
possibility!
By the way, I have also lost 56 pounds since I started running. It’s
amazing to me that my first goal was to lose the weight. I had told
myself that running would be nothing but a method though which I would
lose weight. However, thanks to PRS Fit and some hard work, it has
become a new lifestyle for me where the sky is the limit.
Thank you Coaches Jeff and Diane!
