A coach will help design your training plan based on your individual needs.  Communication with your coach, about your strengths, weaknesses, your life schedule and goals are  key elements to your success. A coach will take all of these elements fit them together and create an individual training plain that works for you.  Your coach will take the time to know you, they will know when to push and when to ease back! You should be always be able to talk to your coach. They should be trusted and come with a solid endorsement from other team mates they work with . Most importantly your coach should be designing a fitness program that is customized for your individual needs. No two people are alike so no two programs should be alike.

Every Team Mate Receives Our Highest Level of Service That Includes:

  • Free Introductory Phone consultation
  • Evaluation of Training History
  • Developing future goals specific to the individual team member
  • Complete assessment week to determine individual training zones
  • Training Peaks.com log
  • Unlimited communication via e-mail or phone or skype
  • Programs are structured for every team mate individually to include the following:
  • Workout Purpose
  • Detailed description of the workouts
  • Correct heart rate/perceived exertion
  • Duration/Distance to be covered in the workout
  • Regular testing to assess fitness gains
  • Other specific details or comments tailored to the individual needs
  • Coaches will adjust your schedule, as much as needed for unforeseen events
  • Race planning for all races.
  • Feedback on logs
